We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions and pricing on our website are accurate. If we discover a pricing error after your order has been placed, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely via our payment provider.

Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability.

4. Delivery

Standard UK delivery is £4.99. We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days. Delivery timescales are estimates only and we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances outside of our control.

International delivery times and costs vary by destination. All applicable customs duties and import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding original delivery charges.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened beauty products unless they are faulty or not as described. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via the FAQ page.
